its not the pickup bec i use BL noiseless

I check the grounding,

Its ok,

I know its ok bec when I touch the strings or the bridge, the buzz disappears......... when I let go, Buzzing again, (does it mean its properly grounded)

How can I get rid of it.

its loud.

Does it need shielding.

theres a 2 millimeter (bruise/chip), 1 millimeter deep,

the paint is Lacquer,

How can I fix it,

Should I just dab it with paint, sand it ?, and put guitar wax to make it shiny again,

I just got this yesterday night for AU$130, with the toppling exchange rate, that's about US$87. Not great, has the least desired features, needs upgrading of the electronics, bolt-on neck joint (with gaps on its sides!), but still playable, minimum dings and dents, straight neck and decent frets (all 24 of them), decent tuners.
