Posts: 8 Thu, Jun 30, 2005 23:16:40	Tags : None And does Becky ever answer her email? I ordered an L490, L495 and a couple of Q-Filters just over 3 months ago now. (via PayPal) I forgot about it for 2 months, and have since emailed 3 times in the last month. still no reply nor any idea whats going on. why on earth do the have on the website "email for enquirys" if nobody ever answers them??

Becky answers her emails regularly, but she's having a hard time trying to get a`jour. She's making pickups as well as doing all paperwork and organizing sales and orders. And to make matters worse, she's struggling with serious health trouble. If you're worried, give Becky a call. I've never had any trouble getting through, and Bill and Becky's service and kindness is unsurpassed.

I know she's posted a short reply before, and this isn't something she accentuate in public. But people should know she takes her craft and business very seriously. Not all customers seem to realize that, and might suggest that the pickup delivery time is longer than proclaimed because of sloppy or bad routines. Nothing could be further from the truth

However, I do know that Bill and Becky have their hearts and souls and minds devoted to their customers. So, hopefully the gizzards of the pickups is right. Either way, I'm happy to make my contribution to the cause.

Posts: 0 Sat, Jul 2, 2005 22:08:08	Sloppily made as in the plastics used were marred heavily and wax was alll over the place. The pickups actually appeared to be either used or they were just mishandled during assembly. No worries. As I stated in another post, I've got the L-500XL and the L-280S N in. So far, the pickups sound excellent. Bottom line, the way the pickups looked when I got them, they would not have made it out my shop in the condition that I got them in. Regardless, I will be ordering more pickups and Q-Filters and I know for sure that the people who heard the pickups I got are gonna be making purchases. So, it's all good. If I could afford to drop what I am doing, I'd go help Bill and Becky organize their business much more betterer.
