What do these sound like? are they extremely warm?? also What would be a good matching body wood?? If I were going to do something like this it would be a
strat with all single coils. Now that I think about it what would be the best looking and sounding type of rosewood to use?

I'm a big fan of an all-RW neck. I have 2 from Tommy and couldn't be happier. Mine are 25" scale conversion ones though. Tonewise, they are a bit mellower, but that could also be due to the slightly shorter scale. Mine are mated to Alder bodies (one heavy-as-hell-Alder and a light one) - the tone is great on both! Soundwise, at least to me, an all-RW neck feels somewhat "looser" in the mids. It doesn't have the focus and energy of an Maple backing wood. It feels way woodier and has more "air" to the sound, where the mids on a Maple/RW seem more punchy. You get a slightly Bluesier tone with an all-RW neck... Sorry, it's a little hard to describe... Anyway, a natural for an all-RW neck is Swamp Ash according to my Tommy-knowlegde book. I'm 100% happy with them on Alder but I'm generally into warmer sounds and seeing as you're looking into Strattier stuff (singlecoils) you might be better off with a Swamp Ash body. In any case, ask Tommy and he'll guide you to a perfect guitar for your needs. Breed-wise you'll be happy with either Indian or Madagascar. My personal preference is Madagascar Rosewood, as it sounds great and usually looks pretty stunning. It's expensive though. Brazilian would be impossible to get. Indian is priced way better, should sound great and Tommy might be able to get you a good looker!
