Hi everybody,

This is a comparison of the Bill Lawrence L-200 and L-45 pickups. It's both the same guitar, same amp, same cable, same strings - samesamesame. Just different pickups. I even took care of same distance to the strings. The guitar is a 2001 Fender Jeff Beck Signature Strat (the newer one). The amp is a SF Princeton Reverb equipped with a Weber 10F150-T speaker. Cable is a Bill Lawrence one. Recorded with an SM57 mic into an M-Audio interface with ProTools M-Powered.

So this is what you hear: A short lick first with L-200 then L-45 in the same pu-position. Then there's a "tack" and then the next position first L-200 then L-45 - and so on...
