I'm planning to order an L500XL, but wondered if anyone had any idea if it is going to fit in my Ibanez RG770. It has a pickguard, but the pickups are
mounted to the body. My other Ibanez did need to have some wood filed out in the pickup cavity to allow for the wires, so that I could get the right height
adjustment.
Also, the guitar is basswood with a maple neck and fingerboard... is this pickup going to make this ear piercingly bright?
