they are experts on necks aren't they?
No. Any that they had there years ago now contribute their efforts, experience, and expertise to USACG.

If you are saying that their claims are absolutely false...
I'm not. I'm just saying that anybody that had input on that comment (written years ago...I remember reading that in '98) has now moved on to USACG and Warmoth's former finishing guy has moved on to Roxy Guitar Finish. I don't know the answers, but I know that these guys do; that's all.

Give me a little information PROOVING how moisture related warping and twisting have absolutely nothing to do with oil finished necks... NOT your personal opinions about a company.
Please understand that I do not, in any capacity, claim to be qualified to prove much of anything in this arena (and that I do not personally believe that the two have "absolutely nothing to do with" each other). As for what I gave you, I gave you facts and part of those facts are that your answers would be better found in the USACG and Roxy circles. Not because I just like one of them better; but because, as I said, the experts from Warmoth now are USACG (and Roxy).

I was just trying to point you, in your quest for the right answers, towards the most qualified sources and explain why there's sound reason to believe the folks I mentioned are that and not just "buddies I like".

Take care, man :D . Really. I was just trying to help.
