I'm in late on this thread but thought I'd comment for future readers, re: asymmetrical contour - I've been playing for a long time off and on, and have owned too many guitars from half a dozen manufacturers, both vintage and new. I've never played anything remotely as comfortable as the AC neck I bought from USCG. My hands are medium sized, with large palms and somewhat short fingers - not ideal for guitar playing. A good friend and excellent player has larger hands and long fingers, and he feels the same way about this neck. Everyone who has played it has remarked about how nice it feels and plays.
I don't know the exact depth, but Tommy told me it was the deepest neck they offer in AC, and has the USCG 7/9 radius. It went on a USCG strat I built, which is the best strat I ever owned out of a dozen of them including several vintage strats that - if I still owned them - would buy me a nice BMW.
I live 40 minutes from USCG and went handled many different necks and discussed what I wanted with Tommy and Brett and this is what we came up with. It's one of those things that works so well and is so simple you wonder why it is not common.
I'm building a USCG Tele now, and have ordered the exact same neck with a tele headstock. It has spoiled me. I probably won't ever buy new again because of that neck. I have a beautiful LP that I 've owned for 28 years that I rarely play anymore - and it's the best playing LP (for me) that I ever held.
I'm not prone to gushing, but I can't see a downside to the AC, and would highly recommend it. Big wood = big tone in my experience, and the AC is a way to have both a comfortable and deep neck and the same time, even without having Franken-hands.
