Since they're all producing the same hum, I'll stick with the simplest, which is guitar 3 (L-298S set).

It's got one volume, one master tone. Very standard wiring on a 5-way CRL switch. Ground from the trem claw is attached to back of volume pot, as is common ground to Swtichcraft jack. There's shielding on this guitar, so all components are grounded by that and multimeter confirms this.

Does is make a difference if the blue and black ground wires are on the backs of two separate pots (Vol and Tone)? They all go to ground, anyway. Would this make a difference?
