Updated on 12/15: There are online graphs to show the pins and all. For wiring convenience with my design, I'd assign racks 1 & 2 on one side of the switch, and racks 3 & 4 on the other side. i.e. rack 1 on top of 2. Bear in mind which way you want the knob switch to point (up or down) b4 you assign the pin numbers, or it will work backwards from what you expect. Probably want the switch to point up so you can see the positions easier.

Add: If the blend tone isn't to your liking, try it with a wire bypassing the cap going to the blend knob. The OoP pos tone might be a bit thin with the blend knob at 10, but it might have some cool tones along the rest of the knob travel.
