However, the issue has nothing to do with Wilde's commitment to quality and craftsmanship, or even their months-long lead times. It has everything to do with their refusal to follow standard practices like issuing an order confirmation with an estimated delivery time upon receipt of payment, and even to answer e-mails. Belatedly putting up a production schedule on their website does not mitigate the way they are treating prepaying customers.

I'm very sorry to say that, until I see big changes, after my current order I will have to look for a more professional alternative.
