I placed and paid for 2 orders, 1 L-500L (Transaction ID# : 1PR47388JC601732K) and 1 L-500R (Transaction ID # :11PR95521KT387591W) since Nov 19 2008. I try to contact Becky by phone but it seems like the (610) 974-9544 has been disconnected and (877) 647-2651 message box is full. As I live in Thailand, the international call is pretty expensive here. Also, I'm getting close to get my project guitar done. Can anybody help me or give me any suggestions? Thanks, Wutti Asavaroot

I couldn't just call them either, as I'm from the Philippines. I also had to pay without using PayPal, which REALLY delayed things. The only thing I can suggest is to do your best to keep your patience. If the above numbers don't work, email Becky --- regularly, if necessary (these days, I don't know if it is). You'll get a reply soon enough and all your worries get washed away. I bit cheesy to say that, but it really held true for me.

Posts: 458 Sun, Jan 11, 2009 18:06:21 Gold Charter Member	Thanks everyone for your help! Bill told me about the thread. I'll need to check the status at work on Monday at work. For the past several months, our delivery time has been around 7-14 days for most orders. There were some extra delays with the shielded L-500's as we needed to repair the tooling and once this was completed, we ran new housings and had to ship them out for chrome-plating. These housings were delivered at the end of December and I believe that all these older shielded orders are shipped in the last 2 week. I'll check to see if this is the case with yours. Btw, we had some delays with the new L-45's and L-48 TL but they're available now in a 7-14 day delivery time with the rest of the program!
