Posts: 4 Sat, May 16, 2009 02:59:07	Tags : None Guys I just came across USACG only a week ago as I have used Warmoth on my previous project. Ironically, it was on the Warmoth forum where someone recomended USACG. I'm really interested in their stuff and you guys speak really highly of them. I am having trouble getting in touch with them though. I would like to get some prices for a few projects I have on deck and am going to decide which one to order first in the next couple weeks. I'm not available durring the day so email is the only way to catch them but haven't had any luck all week. Any recomendations? I'm guessing they are really busy. BA

Posts: 155 Sat, May 16, 2009 03:39:01	They are definitely a telephone oriented place Monday through Friday only. I don't know know which time zone you're on, but there's often someone there to help you as early as 7:00 A.M. PDT and as late as 5:00 P.M. PDT, sometimes later. I guess I tend to forget how lucky I am, being free to put other things down and call them when I see what I want or decide how guitar XYZ should be done.

Posts: 7 Sat, May 16, 2009 13:54:33	Thanks Boris, I will have to plan a time to call. Yea, it kinda sucks for me. I'm in MI and work in the auto industry. We've been through so many layoffs and current work is so demanding that there simply is no time to take a few mins to sit down and chat options on the phone. I go to work at 8EST and home at 8EST so our days don't overlap well. I started building my first guitar a few years ago and actually never finished it. I did it out of necessity as I'm a lefty and the selection variety for lefty guitars is very poor. I'm picking it back up when I have time as I found it also makes for really good stress therapy. All I have left to do is attach the neck and do all the setup and then I'm ready for the next project so I want to get an order in. Thanks again, BA
